The runestone was raised about 1.6 km south of Grillby.

Torsten broder sin.
The inscription in English:
Kvigbjörn raised this stone in memory
of Torsten,
his brother.
Thanks to old drawings, the whole inscription can be
interpreted. |

This stone was well executed. Judging from the remains,
it seems to have been well planned. It was one of Erik’s
best stones.
The head is cone shaped and even, the eyes are round
and of equal size. The tongue, which usually enters the
head through the snout, is missing. Maybe raking light
could reveal this detail.
The arms of the cross as well as the blades are unusually
even and well placed. The ring at the centre of the cross
could have been made rounder and more even.
